Yasser El-kady Ph.D.
Mechanical & Industrial Design Instructor
CNC & MasterCAM Instructor

Ph D from Auburn University, USA; He has over 7 years of successful academic and consulting experience in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering as a senior CAD/CAM/CAE engineer. Currently he is teaching AutoCAD, Pro-E, Inventor, MicroStation, SolidWorks, and more at Metro College.

Kelvin Zhou,
PhD, P. Eng.

Kelvin Zhou has more than 10 years of design and manufacturing experience in mechanical engineering. He have a Ph D degree and he is a professional engineer in mechanical engineering. Currently he is working for a big consulting company specialized in mechanical design projects. He is also a mechanical design project instructor at Metro College of Technology. He is popular with his students because he delivers working experience to his students through design projects.

Vijay Gohil
M. Eng. Mechanical Designer

Mr. Gohil holds a master degree in mechanical engineering and have 8 years of design and teaching experience with a variety of CAD software. He is familiar with AutoCAD, MicroStation and PlantSpace and currently he is teaching these CAD and piping design software packages.

William Yan
CNC & MasterCAM Instructor

Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Senior CNC Programmer and Senior Engineer, specializing in MasterCAM programming. He has over 18 years of working experience as a Machinist, senior CNC programmer & MasterCAM programmer in addition to his training experience in CNC (3-Axis milling machine), CAD/CAM software applications. Currently, he is teaching CNC programming, and MasterCAM at Metro College.

Ramana Rajasooriar, B.E
CNC Workshop Supervisor

Mr. Rajasooriar holds an engineering degree in mechanical manufacturing. He has more than 20 years of working experience in a CNC workshop. His expertise includes CNC programming and CNC set up operation.

Ahsanuddin Ahmed, B.Eng., P. Eng.
Civil Engineering/Structural Design and Project Management

Design Engineer in a construction consulting company for more than 5 years. He holds a bachelor degree in civil engineering. Students discover that his structural design experience delivered in his teaching is practical and enjoyable. Specifically, he is adept in structural design using STAAD Pro.

Moin Khan, P. Eng.
Civil Engineering/Structural Design and Project Management

Moin Khan has been a design expert in road engineering for more than ten years. He specializes in road design using AutoCAD, LDD and InRoads in a well-established civil company. Students benefit from his rich working experience as a Professional Engineer Ontario. At present he is teaching InRoads at Metro College of Technology on a part-time basis.

Ahmad Ishtiaq, M. Eng., P. Eng.
Highway Design Instructor

Ahmad Ishtiaq has been working as a Project Engineering transportation engineering for more than five years in a well reputed company in Canada. He has more than fourteen years of valuable international experience in road design using MX Road Design, InRoads, Autodesk LDD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Geopak, AutoCAD and MicroStation. Students benefit from his rich working experience as a Professional Engineer Ontario. At present he is teaching InRoads at Metro College of Technology on a part-time basis.
